Joining the W.S.S.S is as simple as downloading the membership form, filling it out and handing it with the appropriate fee’s to any one of the committee members.

What does the membership do for me?
Well the club was formed to allow its members to be able to take part in flying activities at other club fields on competition days and other registered flying site. This covers affiliation with not only our state governing body but our national governing body as well, it also covers you for $20 million limit liability.

Insurance a must have in today’s world.

The fee’s are set to cover only these affiliation and insurance costs, there is a small extra added for postage but there is no joining fee and no administration fees. The club is not a profit making organisation but merely a group of people with a common interest. So if you wish to take part in one of the best hobbies in the world, join us and have fun.

Entry to the site .  The site that the WSSS fly from is owned by Sydney Water , we have full written permission to use the site , There are no restriction on when we fly but we must under go a yearly Induction to the site under  current OH&S legislation . What this mean is you must read the induction paper work and then sign off on the Induction sheet which the Committee members  hold  this must be sent in every year as a record on our compliance to Sydney Waters requirements.
